How long does BrandKeep take to adopt for a store like mine?

Adopting BrandKeep into your store takes just a few minutes to get oriented, invite in your team, start creating brand cards, and begin uploading assets.

If you’re looking to gather assets from other storage sources and establish a new paradigm for efficiently finding assets you already have, you can expect to spend anywhere from a half an hour, up to a couple of normal work days, depending on how big your store is and where your assets are currently stored.

After an initial lift and getting the hang of BrandKeep, your team will find stored assets quickly, and easily organize new ones making for big returns on time invested down the line.

How many brands can I manage in BrandKeep?

10 on the FREE plan, 50 on our BASE plan, and unlimited in our PRO and ENTERPRISE plans.

Can I request features and integrations for future releases?

Yes! BrandKeep was built to meet retailers real needs by talking to real retailers like you. Check out our support and knowledge base destination and drop us a line with your feedback and ideas.

Can I cancel at any time? Refunds?

Yes. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds, unfortunately. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of that cycle. Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to all the features and all data associated with those features.

Your data

Do you own my data and content?

No. You do give us a license to have the data and content in the platform, that's necessary for us to provide the BrandKeep service for you.

We don’t want to own your data and content, we want to help you organize it. If you have any questions regarding your data and BrandKeep, please reach out to discuss with us at any time

Do you sell my data and content?

No. When you upload information to BrandKeep we understand it is for storage purposes only.

Can I get all my data and content out easily if I want to?

Yes. You can easily export all your content and information from BrandKeep by using brand card exports, contact exports, and file downloads within the platform. Also you can request that we do it and deliver it to you. We’ve got you covered.

How secure is BrandKeep?

Protecting the data you trust to BrandKeep is our top priority. BrandKeep uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your data and content. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. We host data in secure SSAE 16/SOC2 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your data and content.
